We hold space for the ways that all of our experiences in our bodies is different. We believe that movement should bring us into deeper connection with ourselves. Our sessions will be centered on honoring you as you are and finding ways to approach exercises the feel empowering and accessible.
Weight inclusive
In our space we build sessions that consider bodies of all shapes and sizes. This includes consideration for the language used when cueing form as well as the structure of the sessions themselves. As a plus size trainer it is my hope that your sessions make space for both you and I to leave feeling whole.
Relationally Responsible
We are committed to building reciprocal relationships. Power dynamics may imply that as the trainer, I hold decision making power are the pace we move and what we do. At Free Range, we work towards redistributing this power so that you maintain your personal agency and right to choose. Informed consent is at the center of our work together.
